What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free consultation to determine the needs of the client.
By asking a few probing questions during the initial consultation, we make sure that the client's business is properly registered in the state(s) where they are doing business. We obtain information about their current accounting process so that we can make a determination about the services that we can provide.
We explain our commitment to their success and how we can work together to make their business grow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accountant and certified bookkeeper with over 25 years of experience. I am also a licensed tax preparer and a certified QuickBooks accountant.

How did you get started in this business?
I started out in banking and finance over 30 years ago. About 20 years ago, I decided to start offering accounting and bookkeeping services as a full-time business rather than a part-time hobby. I am happy to say that many of my clients have come from word-of-mouth and about 85% of our clients have been with us from the beginning. We have a proven track record of getting our clients on-boarded and we share our knowledge with them as partners.

We have worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs from truckers to actors to clergy to blanket makers. Our clients run the gamut and we love that we have been able to help them grow and sustain their missions.
