Brooks Tax Service response to all of my questions was put my mind at ease about working with a new business. The tax system they use for all tax information was easy for me to use. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a free phone consultation to determine the services needed by client. We then send the client a price quote. If the client decides to move forward, we send them a short demographic questionnaire and an agreement requiring a small deposit to begin work. The client is given a secure portal to send and receive documents. We stay in touch with our clients throughout the process to make sure we have a good line of communication.
