What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office is located in Beltsville, MD, but we can work with clients located in any city in the United States, as long as much of the work is done electronically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from American Intercontinental University. Before then, she graduated from Seton Hill University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. She has worked directly in the accounting profession for over 14 years. She worked for one of the major national tax preparation and bookkeeping/accounting franchises; a few years later she decided to start her own business. She has completed many Income tax and bookkeeping/accounting courses, and has obtained a certification from Tax College and Quick books. She has worked with Federal government contractor agencies, Non-Profit agencies, Private/Public Sectors agencies, and Ernest & Young therefore know the values of great customers’ service.

Our services are depended on the complexity of the clients business transations. We do not disclose our pricess, because we want our clents to focus on the level of service we can offer instead of the price.
How did you get started in this business?
I have over 16 years of experience as an accountant. I have managed companes with a budget over $136 billion. I have multiple certifications, i know ways to mitigate fraud, save small business money, and most importantly I know ways to save business money.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with small to mid size busineses, governemnt contractor, Non-profit, health care industries, airlines companies, churches, daycares, just to name a few.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I worked with a start-up company a little over a month ago. I worked on incorporating their business, setting up their chart of accounts, integrating their bank transactions into our accounting software, which made it very easier for financial reporting.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
As a business owener, made certain you focus on what services is being offer to you, how doest it align with your overall business goals. Cost is important, but theres alwsy wasys around managing cost.
