How did you get started in this business?
I was being asked to fix the mistakes of past web developers, and eventually discovered that this field could use a provider that doesn't make those mistakes, or is atleast able to quickly correct them without the customer brining in (and paying for) another resource.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From small and medium sized businesses like law firms and insurance brokers, to large enterprises like Johns Hopkins Hospital.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to think very carefully before using a service like Wix or SquareSpace. They provide absolutely beautiful websites that are commerce-ready, but there isn't any way to move your content if you ever want to go to another provider. You would have to start from scratch.
