What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually begins with a face-to-face meeting or a phone call to discuss your business, your demographic, your goals, your problems. What I love about my job is that I can work in many different industries, I’m naturally curious about how systems work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and have over three decades of experience working in agencies large and small.
