What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client (virtual or in person) and discuss their needs to identify the complete scope of the project. In some cases the client provides a project design and we just discuss items that need clarification.
We then deliver an estimate of the work. If approved, we start. Any changes or additions will be added to the estimate price. Any work beyond the estimate (plus 5%) must be approved before we begin that task.
We do an acceptance test where the client runs through the full range of functions in the design and accepts the work. The site is then made live.
We provide hosting for many of our clients, but that is not a requirement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees all have degrees from accredited Universities or Cerifications for their area of work. We have stayed a small firm because we only hire the absolute top individuals in their field. A recent study by Exxon/Mobil showed top coders produce 7 times as much production ready code as the average coder. That means a cost saving for far fewer hours of development for your project.
