What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure that you have full ownership of the development process, I will provide you with the ability to monitor your project progress in real-time through a live link. I will setup a staging environment within my own server and send you a link so you can follow the development progress as we progress. This will provide the needed forum for you to give feedback on changes/tweak needed throughout the development cycle as well as offer you a window to witness the direction of the build. I will provide unlimited interaction till you have full satisfaction of the end product. My sites come fully optimized for fast uploads, and fully secured to protect against hacks and malicious script injections. There is also a FREE 60 day post site transfer support period to make sure you are in good hands.
Below are my recommended first steps for a successful implementation:

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do some research about you business first.
Make sure you have a well thought out plan as far as what your business goals are.
Create a simple but good project speficification documentation with the functions and features you want and how you want your site to integract with your customers, so it is easy for your developer to follow and for you to verify the final product.
Where prossible provide sketches of how you want your site to look or give references with clearly identified layout blocks that you like.
Have your content and images ready and where these are not all available, let your developer know in advance so they can advise how they can assisit you towards this end.
Be patient as sometimes, what seemed like a simple job might though some curve balls and get a little complex.
Do not compromise on quality by trying to save a little dime in on a cheap offer. Always know what you want and what your project is worth.
