What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the length and level of work. Smaller returns mostly process quicker compare to a more complex return. I normally follow great procedures when working with new clients. I am a very through tax preparer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified tax prepare in the state of Maryland but I can do all state returns. My knowledge of expertise is over 15 years of tax laws.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a pro! it ok to ask questions find someone who has knowledge. Make sure price is reasonable.
