I'm the type of Preparer that believes, he does better when his client does better. Being about The Father's work is something I hold dear, not to just get paid for service but being held to higher standard.
Over the years I had become very aware of the various tacticts used to coerce individuals into using certain services; I don't mind coming to meet you. The majority of my clients have been 60 years young and above.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After identifying their need, I collect all needed documents (they have for tax purposes). Usually begin second day with actual imputting data into my system, normally by day four, taxes are completed, I await signature or specification of electronic filing.
