Our typical process includes, reaching out to the client and do a small interview to get to know the client needs.

Advise client on documentation needed to prepare returns and or resolve their tax issues.

Review the scope of work that the client is requesting us to provide for them.

Determine the due date required for the completion of an assignment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters Degree in Taxation and a BS in Accounting.

I am a certified tax resolution specialist.

I worked in the field of accounting and tax for over 25 years.

We work with both individuals and small businesses in various fields to include, home repair, plumbing, HVAC, child care, delivery services, trucking, janitorial, IT support services, home care services, dentist and health care providers, churches, private schools and nonprofit organizations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I recommend that you carefully select someone who is a professional in the field that keep up with the changes in the law.

Verify the credentials of the company that you hire, not everyone that prepare taxes or provide bookkeeping services has the proper education and experience that may be needed to get the job done right for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Have an idea of what services are needed and what requirements are needed to provide to documentation to taxing authorities.
