What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start with a free 15 minute consultation for you to learn more about me and for me to understand your needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Services Administration. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

An initial 90 minutes session me is $125 

Follow up sessions are $100 per hour

I take Cigna and United Health Care insurance.


How did you get started in this business?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Since 1998, I’ve helped individuals, families and communities create positive lasting change. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

I specialize in working with young people who are in the transitional phase of development between childhood and adulthood. I support them as they navigate through a stage in life that can be overwhelming but also rewarding. I also work with pregnant and postpartum women experiencing emotional challenges.

I am fond of and grateful for every new day and every opportunity to help my clients reach their goals.
