Four Key Reasons You Should Try Acupuncture
1. Acupuncture can effectively treat a wide range of illnesses in our modern world. Acupuncture is not only well known for its effectiveness in providing pain relief, it can also treat over 80 disorders that are associated with stressful lifestyles and states of poor physical health within our modern society. Many of them are, at best, inadequately treated with current medical practices. In general, people seek acupuncture because conventional treatments were either not working or had too many unwanted side effects.
2. Acupuncture can prevent development of chronic diseases and maintain your wellness. Chronic diseases develop over time and exhibit non-specific symptoms in their early stages. Curing the early dysfunctions prior to the development of disease is critical in prevention of chronic diseases. However, modern medicine cannot well address these early non-specific symptoms because they do not fit any current categories of disease classification. Through thousands of years of practice, acupuncture has developed many unique methods to diagnose and treat the early, non-specific symptoms of chronic disease.
3. Acupuncture is a natural, safe, and chemical free therapy. Current medications use highly concentrated pharmaceutical drugs to artificially relieve patient's symptoms. This can result in serious and toxic side effects. On the contrary, acupuncture, which uses the unique approach ( inserting tiny needles into skin), can activate self-healing processes to naturally restore a patient's health without adverse effects.
4. Most of major medical insurances cover acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture has sharply grown in popularity in The United States during past decade because of its unique and amazing effectiveness in treating a huge spectrum of disorders. Most of major medical insurances cover acupuncture treatments. Each year, approximate 15 million people have benefited from acupuncture treatment in The United States.
