Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I need to find out as much from my client as possible to determine if I can realistically be of help. After an initial phone conversation, we will schedule an appointment. The initial appointment will include a full consultation, plus your first acupuncture treatment. We will discuss the plan going forward, and together we will work towards the goals we have established
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from acupunctute school in 1995 from the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
For the last 21 years I have honed the skills necessary to be a leading practitioner of Dr Richard Tan's Balance Method of Instant Results Acupuncture.
I've also combined these skills with advanced training in sports medicine, further enhansing the benefit of each patient.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We will check with insurance carriers to determine the patient's out of pocket cost. If there is no insurance coverage, the initial appointment is $150, which includes the initial consultation and the 1st acupuncture treatment
