What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first and most important thing we do is we need to make sure that it's a good fit for everyone. Everything else is irrelevant if the fit isn't there.  We like to learn about your business, what is and isn't important, and if we can add value to your company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Quickbooks Certified Proadvisors, our team has MBA's, CFO's, and experienced and talented bookkeepers.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Prices start as low as $199 per month and they range all the to $3,500 a month- it all depends on the volume and company

How did you get started in this business?

We wanted to help people understand their numbers and take their business to the next level, and what we had found was that we couldn't get off the ground because business owners didn't even know their numbers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types- typically service industries though. We 've worked with Dr's, Dentists, Lawyers, marketing agencies, retail stores, construction companies, property management companies, restaraunts and many many more!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We had a bar operartor struggling to stay in business and had no idea why he was always struggling to pay the bills until he brought us in as a last resort and we immediately spotted the issues and we were able to make some key changes to the business which is now thriving again!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Check references, don't fixate on getting the best price, and make sure that it's a good fit!

What are your expectations?
