We sit down with them for a consultation (free of course). We ask them what they are looking for and will offer them suggestions on the spot that they can implement immeidately.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about whether the tax pro you are speaking with is talking about himself, or is talking about you. Very often pros who don't want to get to know you or your needs wil talk generally about their firm and their qualifications, without addressing you or the reasons you made the appointment!
