What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identify client needs first. Advise client on options. Provide an estimate. If client agrees then sign the engagement letter and begin project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Accounting. I am a CPA candidate. I also am an IRS Enrolled agent. I am federally licensed to prepare taxes in any state for both business and individuals. I am also fully authorized to represent taxpayers resolve their tax debt with the IRS. I currently work part time at Jackson Hewitt as lead tax professional.
I also am a book keeper working for Intuit Quick Books Live.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes. I have a standard pricing system. My bookkeeping price is $25 per hour for small businesses owners. But it can vary based on clients needs. My tax prep fees start at $250 for individuals which may vary based on complexity; and $600 for businesses which may vary based on complexity. Again the fees will vary based on clients needs. Client's receive customized discounts.
