We are client oriented by that I mean, we take the time to deal with each customer personally by first fully understanding their needs, tell them how we can help them and then set out to help them using our vast knowledge in tax, accounting and business advisory. We serve clients nationally and have substantial knowledge of both federal, state and international taxes. We are a CPA firm.
For client that have IRS or state tax issues we are excellent in helping them resolve those problems and also helping them save big on taxes.

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters of Science Taxation (MST) and 30 year of small business, individual and very large company experience in tax, bookkeeping, accounting, business registration ans start-up, non-profit organizations, Resolving tax problems with the IRS and the 50 states, writing business plans, budgeting, business valuation, business consulting etc.
