What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Xheight does more than just create a web site or theme, we integrate SEO into our website design process, to maximize the benefit of your site creation. Working with you to create a website that will appeal to your target audience and generate sales.
Our web design packages include a customized WordPress themes that adhere to WordPress development standards, content build out for our Silver and Gold packages, plugin implementation, keyword research, on-page SEO, social media integration, a fully functional blog, and inquiry forms. If you need an eCommerce store, forum, or membership site Xheight can do that too.
Once your website is built and live, Xheight will install Google Analytics and create an XML sitemap. Xheight will also integrate Facebook, Twitter, and other social media websites sharing buttons and newsletter subscription box from popular companies like Constant Contact or MailChimp, to give you a cohesive web package.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 3 degrees in my field (Graphic Design and Color Theroy, Commercial Art, Printing Technology) and teach Interactive Media for the Internet at a local college. I also have mant certiifications in the field of SEO and SMM.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$50/hr or project based depending on the site. SMM and PPC start at $200/month.
How did you get started in this business?
I started while working at a company I helped invision and later went out on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with small and large companies. Local realtors and restaurants to Fortune 500 Samsung and Swissarmy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
For SEO and PPC never agree to a 1 year contract. It is your business and you should be able to hire anyone you want without be locked into a contract.
