What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reveiw any previous work that the client had done, so i get an idea of their situation and to see if the work was done well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is vast as i listed in my introduction, which is the most important any formal schooling including MAster of science in Taxation course work did not add to my knowledge and ability.

It is very difficult to price tax returns without knowing exactely what is to be done. So if i see a previous tax return i can give a price. Having orderly records is important
