What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll pickup the Bank Statements, from the client or I can get them online and printing in my office, I code the transactions and enter the information into Quickbooks, once I finished I will give the client The Profit and Loss for the month and the Balance Sheet as well. I do the payroll, according the client needs. I print the pay stub and give to the client in order to make the checks for employee payments.In a quaterly basic I do the 941 for the IRS and M941 for the State Of Massachusetts, and I make the payment online to the IRS and the State
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor Degree from Northeastern University, graduate in 1992, and also some Certificates in Cost Accounting

For a Small clients, up to 50 transactions in Bank Statements I charge for Bookkeeping $150 a month. If They have employee for to do the payroll add $50. At the end of the year I charge fot the income tax return, Schedule C $200, and for corporation $350
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing bookkeeping manually, few customers and after I used a computer with Quickbook software, I worked for a temp office doing bookkeeping for their clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have clients from diverse environment, like Construction, Grocery Stores, Restaurantes, Tow Truck Services, Body Shops. Beauty Salons, Auto Repairs Shop.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise is that they Keep their books up to date, to avoid hight fines from the Irs and State of Mass. I know from some of my clients They had in the past and ugly experience for ignoring rules from the irs and that cost them a lot money just for no paying their taxes on time. In summary hire a professional Bookkeeper or Accountant.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think, in to hire people from enough experience in Accounting and Taxes, and not the price for services, because in the long run, they are going to save money, due to the fact they are going to avoid penalties.
