What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers who come to my office can expect to be here at least an hour for their first return with me. I will go through their prior year returns to make sure everything looks correct. I will ask a series of questions to get a better idea of their situation and if they want I will prepare the return while they wait.
For clients who what their taxes done virtually or who wish to drop off their information, I will still ask the same questions but they will either be via e-mail or over the phone.
