What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact will involve filling out a one page Intake Form to get a profile of your situation. Then, an on the phone interview will take place with our tax expert that you will be working with throughout the process for purposes of providing you with a guaranteed written quote for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an Enrolled Agent on staff with 25 years of experience, to guarantee expert tax preparation.

How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from the University of Masschusetts at Amherst, I worked for a small business accounting firm in metro DC.

We specialize in small businesses in the retail and service sector, from owner/operator businesses to businesses employing 50 people. We also deliver expert tax planning and preparation for individuals and families, trusts, estates and IRS problem resolution services.
