What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet with a client to discuss their tax/accounting needs and detremins a price. Our engagements are fixed price so you get one price and don't have to be concerned with getting a bill every time you have a question
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several CPA's, MST's and other business degrees
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our fees are based on the complexity of the servces required. After meeting with the cleint to discuss we would set a fixed fee for the engagement
How did you get started in this business?
I have been a CPA for over 30 years
What types of customers have you worked with?
We speicalize in servicing privatley held busineeses and have a niche inthe construction industry
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A client whose husband passed away required our help in getting acces to an annuity that was inherited. We assisted her in determining how much to tkae withiout changing tax barackets and had severel conference calls with the Annuity compnay to get the process started. This is al part of our standrard fee so the cleint did not get a bill for this work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You should look for someone with experience in your industry. Also be sure their licenses are current and they are in good standing with the local Board of Accountancy and are active in the local CPA society

Customers should think about exactly whta they need and exepect from their accouting professional
