What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The intake process will vary depending upon the nature of the service to be performed, howver, certain aspects are consistent. We meet with all new clients to learn about their needs and concerns and importantly, to determine we will be a good match. Discomfort with your financial service provider will affect the quality of the services they can provde you. We review historical data, make inquiries and expalin our processes and how we can assist the client in achieving their goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPA, have an MBA and have been providing these services for over 35 years. I also perform peer reviews on other CPA firms, which is a licensig requirement we must meet every three years. Our staff consists of CPAs and Enrolled Agents with 7-10 years of experience and the requiste education.
