Richardson Law is a family law firm who puts clients first. We recognize that when clients come to us, life is often in a crisis mode. With compassion, we educate clients about the process as well as the strengths and weakness of their matter. We believe it is important to set realistic expectations for clients from the get go, even if it is not exactly what clients want to hear. Our firm provides legal advice regarding all domestic relations issues, including divorce, child support, child custody, adoption, alimony, restraining orders, modifications, contempt of court.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts Richardson Law, we gather a little information to make sure we do not have a conflict. A conflict is when we have given the opposing party legal advice. Once we determine there is no conflict, then we schedule a consultation. Consultations can be in-person or via teleconference, FaceTime or WebEx. All communication between the client and Richardson Law is CONFIDENTIAL.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the team members of Richardson Law are highly educated and, possibly even more importantly, have significant life experience. For clients who prefer speaking in their native language, we have team members who are multi-lingual. We are all about maintaining communication and providing it in a method that is most comfortable to the client. A client is already under enough stress...there is no need for legalese!

Richardson Law has a Fee Agreement which is reviewed with the client for a thorough understanding of the fees.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to give back to the community and I love that I empower clients to stand up for their rights! Seeing a client go from crisis to building a new life is so rewarding to me.
