The process is very simple and straightforward. We start with an introduction call to learn about your business and current situation, in other words what kind of services you are in need. After our conversation, I will most likely request to make an assessment on your current books. Once assessment is completed,  an email will be send to customer with findings (usually within 24 hours), then customer will decide whether or not would like to proceed with services. If customer decides to proceed, a Bookkeeping and Accounting agreeement will be send for signature and when it is received services will begin. 

We work with clients remotely and onsite, and can accommodate any special needs as requested.

The CEO/Founder, Mr Puerto holds both Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting and has over 19 years of varied experience in the Accounting field. He is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.

Services can be provide on an hourly basic at $40 per hour. Also, fix monthly rates are available at a minium of $140 per month.

Accounting project such as books clean up and compilation will be based upon a previous assessment on current situation and Accounting software.

After working in the Accounting field for over 19 years Mr. Puerto decided in 2012 to open his own private Accounting and Bookkeeping services firm, taking the opportunity to work in a variety of different fields, and provide personalized service to a wide range of customers.

Recent projects have included the preparation of compilation reports (processing financial information and putting it into appropriate financial statement format) for various firms, sales tax audit preparation for an automotive sales company, several Quickbooks and Accounting clean up, and ongoing montly bookkeeping services several customers.

The average project may take a week to complete, but is highly dependent upon the type and size of the company, the amount of transactions, and how quickly the necessary documentation is received. Taking into consideration these various factors, it may take from 1-3 weeks to complete most projects.

Most importantly, work with professionals that really care about customer service. Many customers have had bad experiences in the past and the most common is that their current Accountant does not have time for them or does not keep in contact with them. For Fast Accounting Services staff, these are the most important factors of our work....ensuring that the customer is sastified and getting what they need is our first goal.

The customer should be able to explain their business and its needs. They should have a timeframe in mind for when the project must be complete. They should be prepared to provide information and be able to answer the Accountant's questions as they work togehter to meet their needs.
