What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lindsay Hill Design typically offer clients a free one to one, over the phone, free consultation to establish their project requirements.
After project requirements are established LHD provides the client with an estimate showing the different phases we recommend for their project, usually as individual as line items with associated timings, cost and schedule dates.
The estimate explains the LHD Process from Discovery: Research + strategy, Positioning, Branding, creative Application and Execution/Results.
Once all parties agree on the estimate, LHD provides a full proposal expang on the original estimate.
The proposal includes more detailed information about LHD's integrated marketing process and is usually shared with stakeholders and other interested parties.
