I work from an integrative framework in a warm and interactive environment, drawing from holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic influences to help people to reclaim a sense of choice and authorship in their lives.

I specialize in helping people to free themselves from the 'silent conversation' that we have with ourselves throughout the day. By understanding how this conversation influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions, it is possible to adapt it to feel more empowered in life.

My background includes nearly 20 years in clinical health care, school, and community settings working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and groups on a wide-range of issues causing acute and chronic distress. I look forward to hearing from you to answer any questions you might have.
