Welcome!

My passion is helping people reach the goal of having a "calm mind" when they are dealing with life. The techniques that I use for clients are: (1) Talk therapy, (2) Meditation, (3) Journal writing. It is very easy and simple to begin, and no medical evaluations or assessments are involved. I do not prescribe medication or refer clients to doctors. I believe in providing a space for people to express themselves and advise alternatives to help cope.

I enjoy helping people reach their "calm mind" because it creates peace within themselves and others.

My process with working with clients begins with an introduction, scheduling, and sessions. The introduction part consists of getting to know my client's goals. The scheduling part is getting to know when my client is available. Then, sessions are the section of the consultation where we will take time each week to work on those goals.
