About
I assist with coping with everyday stresses and coming up with strategies to get over any turmoil that is occuring within an individual's life. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I enjoy putting a smile on people's faces and getting them to forget their problems. Even, if it's only for a short while.

I like to do an initial intake, and before I share the results, I ask you what you came to the session for. By the end of the first session, we will start to focus on any and all of your target areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates in Human Services

Additional $25 for each family member over 3 member session
How did you get started in this business?
I began with mentoring the youth at my local YMCA
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly have worked with teens and adults.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped a teen boy get out of an unhealthy relationship.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to make sure you like your therapist. If there are any red flags that you dislike about your therapist or any thing that makes you uncomfortable, it's important to make it known that you would prefer to find a new therapist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You need to ask yourself if you are ready to hear what needs to be said. Some people only go to therapy in order to justify their bad decisions, but you need to be prepared to hear the truth behind your actions.
