What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to the customer, introduce myself. Get to know each other a little. Discuss their needs from me, Let them know what I can assist them with possibly recommend something u think can help them, Schedule a Date and Time to meet with them to prepare their taxes, meet with them, prepare their taxes and assist them with anything that I can as far as Bookkeeping, Accounting tips or Business Consultating. Thank them for their services. Follow up later on giving them updates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at Colorado Technical University for a Bachelor in Science and accounting with a 4.0 GPA.
Attended Tax Master Pro Academy.
Took and passed the mandatory Due Diligence course required by the IRS to prepare taxes.
