I believe in a collaborative practice and going on the journey with my client to become their best self. Working withe is always a safe and supportive environment where thoughts, feelings, and emotions are welcomed and celebrate. I believe in finding balance in your life through working through you stuff to find out what isn't working in order to make positive change to become and be better; but this process requires honesty. I specialize in trauma, grief, and bereavement, but I also treat anxiety, depression, abandonment, and stages of life changes. I work children and adults.
I enjoy assisting other in becoming their best selves, and seeing growth, understanding, joy, and happiness at the end of hard journey. Facing your truths, hurts, traumas, disappoints, and various emotional and physical problems is never easy; but their always worthwhile.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I complete a phone interview with new clients to get to know them a little and let them get to know me, so that we can determine if we are a good fit. The first appointment is generally building rapport and the initial assessment that will assist me in creating a treatment plan with the client in order to appropriately address their needs. After that the subsequent session are spent working according to the treatment plan to reach the client emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Master's in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Counseling. I am a fully licensed professional counselor who has worked in the field for several years.
