We take a different approach to accounting, payroll, and tax consulting. We only want to work with clients that "partner" with us. What this means is that we want clients that value accounting and want to use the data timely to make decisions. Using that data we make tax plans and are generally talking w/our clients often to make sure they understand their numbers. We do all of this for a monthly flat rate. No surprises with your invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review their financial reports to determine their needs and quote a fixed-fee monthly price. Assuming we're a good fit w/the client and the clients chooses to move forward w/our services, we begin the engagement w/a virtual meeting using Google Meet. In this meeting we go over all of the software we use and how the client should work w/us. Our clients really love this!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons. I'm a CPA and a certified Xero (xero.com) advisor. We're a cloud-based firm and are very educated on cloud apps to connect to your accounting software to make your business life easier. We use Xero for pretty much every client.
