What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether a new client engages our "BASIC", "FULL", or "PREMIUM" Service Package, we review their current system, provide our 5-STAR Guarantees, set-up their new accounting system, optimize their cash-flow, smoothly transition them from their existing service provider, and begin the process of lowering their taxes and growing their profits.

In accounting, the Professional Tax Preparer™ certification represents a person who is proficient in tax planning and the preparation of taxes and for individual businesses. This designation demonstrates the accountant's expertise and commitment in this profession while providing quality service for their employer or client.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We make sure that we scope the exact services for the needs of each client. We offer three different "Suites of Services" or Packages...PREMIUM...FULL...and BASIC. Options and added Customizations allow more or less (dependent on your specific value preferences). That determines the Cost for the Scope of the Work. We bill your credit card the set cost of the engagement at the beginning of each month.
How did you get started in this business?
Having worked in managent in several industries, such as Food & Beverage, Retail, Real Estate & Construction, and Start-up Entrepreneurial, I found that the small business owner was not receiving attention from qualified CPA's or Accountants until there was a massive need or problem. With a need for advice for growth and savings, small companies, that I had experience managing, would make a lot of costly errors. Many of these companies would not be able to afford an expensive CPA. Instead, they would choose to "save" on that cost while loosing the health of their company.
To provide the best and most cost effective service for our clients, our firm is strictly for Food & Beverage, Retail, Real Estate & Construction, and Start-up Entrepreneurs so that we stay focused on businesses in our field of expertise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often my clients are business owners of companies with 20 or less employees, and revenue ranging from $100K to $5M annually. I specialize only in the areas of my own expertise. So, our firm is strictly for Food & Beverage, Retail, Real Estate & Construction, and Start-up Entrepreneurs so that we stay focused on businesses in our field of expertise.
