What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk have a phone call conversation with my new client and find learn more about their tax situation or accounting needs, I explain the process of working with me, documents I need and any specific questions I may have. The 2nd step is I gather all the documents and start working on the work. Once the work is complete I submit the work for review and authorization from the client. Once the client is happy with the work I invoice them and finish the work by giving client the final document and e-filing the tax return .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years Accounting and Tax background. I have a CPA and stay up to date with the latest tax laws and accounting principles. I love helping people gain a better understanding of their finances and help them achieve their financial goals.
