I have researched stress and trauma on the body and have been trained in several modalities that I often combine for the optimal outcome for the client. My methods reduce the amount of time the client needs to seek assistance and get on with their life, always moving forward. I am trained in Flowtrition, Reiki, Life Coaching, Shamanism, Cognative and Behavioral Therapies as well as being a very strong Empath.
