Having someone walk beside us helps to ease burdens and assist in restoring fulfillment. I aspire to provide a therapeutic relationship with my patients rooted in authenticity, validation, and trust. As the therapeutic relationship deepens, I find individuals develop insight into what initially brought them to see me.

I approach therapy through a Contemporary Psychoanalytic Lens to understand what is being communicated through one's behaviors and understand how past experiences influence current relationships.
