My practice is Connection Counseling Center, and I treat adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of concerns. I provided a compassionate, direct and an eclectic theoretical approach.C3lies within a healing community called The Village. Therefore, a client can seek other types of services that will be an adjunct to their therapeutic work.
I so enjoy supporting others through difficult emotions and providng them with skills to help them move away from their suffering.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial intake is more formal in order to determine a diagnosis which is necessary for insurance and to begin understanding the complete picture. The following sessions are more fluid in nature and are driven by the goals of the treatment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in mental health community counseling. Trainings in EMDR, DBT, ACT, certified as a relaxation/meditation/mindfulness expert, neuroscience trainings, Hakomi, and much more
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a standard out of pocket of $200 for intake and $185 for ongoing sessions. I do provide a sliding scale and am in-network with many insurance companies.
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked in a number of treatment centers providing me with a wide breadth of knowledge on clients and treatment approaches.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults struggling with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, all eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, and gender identity concerns.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the relationship is a good fit. Ask if they have done their own therapy.
