We provide professional accounting, audit and tax services to individuals and businesses. Our firm was established in 1983 in Indianapolis, IN. I have been in practice for 36 years. I am a certified public accountant with a MBA. Additionally, I am a member of ASTPS, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, specializing in Tax Problem Resolution. We focus on the following services: Settlement of IRS debt, lien and levy removals, preparation of unfiled tax returns, innocent spouse relief, payroll tax protection, IRS examination representation, penalty abatement and etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prepare a Tax Organizer for each client to complete. Additionally, we request a copy of the prior year's tax return. Our clients typically drop off their tax information and we complete the tax returns. We notify the client once the tax returns have been completed. Additionally, we can accept scanned documents, W-2s, 1099, 1098s and etc. These documents can be uploaded to a secure online portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B. A. in Accounting from Morris Brown College, Atlanta, GA. My MBA is from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. I am a Certified Public Accountant and member of ASTPS, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Williamsville, NY.
