About
I've been providing counseling services for over 20 years. As a result of those years of experience, I've narrowed my practice down to the types of clients I feel I get the best results for.
My practice isn't a one stop shop, seeing "anyone." Instead, I work specifically with stressed out, exhausted, and over committed women. I help them to rapidly achieve the goals important to them.
These might include:
1) Experiencing more joy in their every day life rather than worry and exhaustion.
2) Feeling more connected to loved ones rather than withdrawn or depressed,
3) Trusting their ability to make good choices rather than being stuck in fear.
4) Developing new ways of thinking about "have to's" rather than run around trying to be perfect.
In 2012, I began noticing that a lot of the women I work with didn’t require counseling, but were instead looking for direction and skills to help them enjoy life, find balance in life, and relieve stress in order to live life on purpose. Out of this need, I began providing coaching services as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary phone consultation so we can get to know one another and make sure we're a good fit for one another. I understand that making the decision to begin counseling can be a hard one. My goal is to make it a smooth process you feel good about.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you get the opportunity to talk with them first! You need to feel safe and comfortable with the person you're going to work with. Don't just hope it works out, take time to speak with him or her before you go to the trouble of scheduling an appointment and arranging your schedule to be there.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I want to encourage you to be clear on what you want to get out of working with a counselor. You're investing time and money and it's important to know what results you hope to achieve.
