Therapy practice specialties include training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma, and Motivational Interviewing. I use compassion focused techniques throughout the therapeutic process. When you engage in therapy it is nice to have someone who is compassionate and empathetic to a variety of situations and individuals.

There are times in therapy that seem so hard and really tricky. When working with clients, the part I enjoy the most is the transformation. People can see change and choice where there may not have been space for that. I remember so many moments of genuine smiles when connecting with met goals and more pleasant emotions. In those moments, I cannot help but smile too.
