What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients typically will have an initial conference in person or via phone to determine what information is needed and what the scope of the job is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in accounting and have 13 years experience working in the public accounting sector. I have 17 years experience preparing taxes for individuals and businesses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is determined by the complexity of job or tax return being prepared. 1040 tax returns start at $100. Business tax retuns start at $250.
Bookkeeping services start at $30 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I entered public accounting when I graduated college. I always wanted to own my own business so when I left public accounting I started my own business to provide affordable alternatives for bookkeeping and tax preparation services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of businesses and individuals. I have experience with businesses in farming, photography, daycare, salons, landscaping and retail.
