Man To Man Coaching
About
Guys know Guys Best.
I help guys focus on the future, encouraging them to discover how to alter their course and become the person they aspire to be. I only coach men in one-on-one settings.
I have coached for several years, creating a confidential and safe place where men can grow deeply and courageously pursue their goals. The client always sets the pace, topic and intensity. I guide the conversations along a healthy path towards discovery and achieving goals. Clients include Fortune 500 executives, school teachers and company owners.
A servant/leader, my role in life is to help people grow and become what they aspire to be. Seeing people make progress towards knowing themselves and reaching their goals gives me great satisfaction.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial meeting or telecon, we have a structured Discovery Session where we ask each other questions with the goal of deciding if we are a good fit. If we are, we discuss goals, fees and frequency of our sessions. I do not require a long-term committment, as I believe flexibility is important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Co-active Coach® and hold a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change. I am certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach and I am a DiSC trainer, and Five Behaviors facilitator.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is flexible.
How did you get started in this business?
During a career in the US military and since then, guys frequently asked me to mentor or coach them. I've served some individuals as a coach for several years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In one-on-one coaching, I work only with men. This is because I think I understand men. And after 35+ years of marriage, I still don't understand women.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My wife and I are sponsoring a Third World family, helping them get into the US, and adapt to the US culture. This has been, and will be, a very long term relationship with them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Developing mutual trust is the most important thing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Come as you are.
