I was a corporate CFO for 25 years before I started CFO Simplified 14 years ago. I have a team of in house CFOs who help business owners solve daily finance and operations problems. They are all part time CFOs who have at least 15 years of experience working in businesses as a CFO. Problems of cash flow, profitability, and business strategic planning are issues that we solve every day for our clients. We provide ongoing senior financial advice for businesses of all sizes, and in every industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 20 minute conversation to see what your needs are. In our next meeting, I introduce you to the CFO that I'm assigning to you. We begin every engagement with a 1 - 2 day review of your company's financials and operations. Then we provide a 8 - 12 page report that tells you what we found in our review, the good, the bad and the ugly. We then tell you what we would do to fix those problems, and how we would help you on an ongoing basis going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have CPAs, MBAs and have worked as corporate CFOs for many many years.
