What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we start with a phone conversation (no in person meeting at this time) and talk about their situation to create a plan. After we have a game plan, tax documents are sent to a secure trusted email. Taxes are processed and results are communicated with the customer.
We collect our fees.
Tax file is sent for processing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 11 years and keep professional credentials up to date every year.

First we communicate with the customer about their situation and their needs and then determine pricing based on their needs.
For basic tax preparerations pricing starts at $120 including one state and then the price goes up based on their complexity.
