Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an initial "get to know you" meeting. I look to determine what their needs are and what they are looking to accomplish both in the short term and long term. Educate them as to what others have been doing in their particular situation and from them determine if it makes sense for us to talk futher. If nothing else I have endeavored to give them some good advice to their questions and concerns.
