About
Love and Loss are at the heart of the human experience. My job is to help people acknowledge, experience and bare the realities of life with all of it's pleasures and heart aches. People get better when we are allowed to know what we know and feel what we feel. Together we find ways to cope and thrive.
I love watching people discover their strengths and resilience.

The best part about Tricia is her thorough understanding of the practice of mindfulness. I meditate daily and she has helped me to apply the practice to my recovery in a way someone unfamiliar with it never could. She is also intimately aware of the brain/body connection insofar as internalizing trauma is concerned. I imagine there are plenty of therapists who disregard that if not totally deny it. I don’t know how Tricia would match up with a patient who does not appreciate these things, but for patients who does, her services are invaluable. My autoimmune disease is in remission and my once drastically off-balance endocrine system is starting to balance out. She has changed my mental and physical well-being in a way I never could have on my own and medical science never could. I wish I would have found her sooner. SO much sooner.

Tricia has been very helpful in helping me to look at my situation, sit with the parts that hurt and then find ways to continue moving forward.
