What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer starts with a free consultation where they are educated on the process. Consult is either in-person, over the phone or online.
Clients can submit documents in person or submit documents via mobile app.
Once all documents are received, we will complete all preparation and review results with the client.
Taxes are filed once customer is totally satisfied with preparation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner has completed a MBA and has over 8 years experience with business consulting and personal finance! He is also a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers completing over 40hrs of continuing education annually.
