Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with customers to understand their goals, needs and any other relevant details about their project, such as budget, dealines and who needs to be involved.
Based on this inforation we create a proposal. Acceptance of proposal starts the design process. We only proceed to the next step once the customer is happy with the design.
Then, depending on the project, we either start the implementation, fabrication, printing or installation to complete the project.

Design training - from original design to production.
