Hello -- My name is Gina Renee.
My experience includes working one-on-one with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and stress, depression, relationship issues, codependency, self-esteem, domestic violence, self-image, etc.
If you're going through times of anxiety, grief, loss, stress, worries, marital issues, etc., I'm here to listen and to care. If you need some calm in the storm, I'll help you find it, and maintain it.
When I'm able to help someone sort through their thoughts, their worries, their fears, and gently but persistently find their way through the difficult situations that life brings about, my purpose is fulfilled.
When my clients are able to face their physical, mental and spiritual struggles with the confidence that comes from the security of unconditional love, then my mission is accomplished!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a "getting to know you" phone call or videoconference that lasts approximately one hour, perhaps a few minutes more. This will give us the opportunity to make sure we are a good match and that I'm qualified to help. Together, we will talk about the beginnings of a game plan to move forward.
